An exciting opportunity to combine leading a modern evangelical and ecumenical church in a growing and developing parish in Bury St. Edmunds with an enabling role supporting Benefices across the Archdeaconry of Sudbury to develop and implement their Plans for Growth.
We are praying for someone who:
- Has a passion for a Bible based evangelical approach to faith, worship and the church’s relationship with God.
- Has a willingness to engage in a mix of worship and praise within our regular services.
- Is an excellent leader and communicator with the ability to provide pastoral support and co-ordinate a team of volunteers.
- Enjoys developing work with children and families and young people in our parent and toddler group and local schools.
- Has an awareness to explore the needs of the local community.
