This conference is offered in partnership with the Clewer Initiative, the aim is to learn more about the national and local context of modern slavery, and discuss how we might identify the signs of modern slavery in Suffolk  and effectively combat it.
The conference will be opened by Bishop Martin and speakers include Dr Alison Gardner of the University of Nottingham, Caroline Virgo from the Clewer Initiative, Mark English Human Traffic Coordinator from Norfolk and Suffolk Constabulary and Kerry Brighouse Managing Director of the STN Trust, Norfolk, who is coordinating an inter-agency response to Modern Slavery in Norfolk.
The conference is free, but please register through Eventbrite. Lunch will be provided.
